Bridal Suites

When deciding on a wedding venue, brides should ask their sales member if the venue has a bridal suite available to reserve. The option to have a bridal suite on site can help relieve some stress from the bride and party.

Venue depending, brides have the option to rent the space out as early and long as they need. This gives time to relax and enjoy getting ready with their loved ones. Running late? Everyone is already on site and steps away from their ceremony, no need to worry about traffic, who is driving, forgetting something or someone, etc.

The Importance of a Bridal Suite

  • Space for Hair & Make Up: having a dedicated space for your vendors to spread out and set up

  • Breakfast, Mimosas, & More: some suites have the option to add a breakfast/lunch menu and drinks so brides and party can be well fed and hydrated for their big day

  • Convenience: as stated above, having everything in one place means a stress-free getting ready experience

  • Photographer Heaven: bridal suites are often a relaxing and aesthetic backdrop, perfect for getting ready photos with the bride and loved one

  • Privacy: enjoying a private room, away from guests and normal day views allows focus on the day’s special events

  • Quality Time: serves as a space and time for the bride to connect with her bridesmaids and family before the ceremony.

The Barn, specifically, offers an additional room called The Putnam Room which can be rented as a dedicated space for bridal prep and holds up to 50 guests. The Barn also has a bridal suite located in the main venue space. This is included in the reception costs and provides a private bathroom for the whole night, space for personal belongings, hooks, mirrors, and stools.

Overall, a bridal suite plays a key role in ensuring the bride feels pampered and prepared on her special day!
